WSECU iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix WSECU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WSECU app on iPhone
Update WSECU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WSECU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WSECU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WSECU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WSECU Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WSECU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WSECU App
1. On android, goto Settings » WSECU » click [Force Stop]

Update WSECU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WSECU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WSECU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WSECU.

Fix WSECU unable to contact server/ WSECU internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WSECU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WSECU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WSECU
