The WSECU mobile banking app is having technical difficulties at the moment. I have an emergency and I need to get into my accounts! I am so frustrated!

Mobile deposit not working. I have received the same message for a week straight. System updates not available at this time

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WSECU app issues:

Force Stop the WSECU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WSECU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WSECU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WSECU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WSECU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WSECU.

Fix WSECU unable to contact server/ WSECU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WSECU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WSECU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WSECU on android.
