When I try to access WeParent the calendar comes up on the home screen with nothing loaded. The blue bar underneath keeps moving up and down but never goes to fully loaded. Unable to press any button underneath that as they not loaded.

How to fix WeParent app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WeParent app on iPhone
Update WeParent app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WeParent iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WeParent on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WeParent network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WeParent Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WeParent not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WeParent App
1. On android, goto Settings » WeParent » click [Force Stop]

Update WeParent to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WeParent App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WeParent » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WeParent.

Fix WeParent unable to contact server/ WeParent internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WeParent » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WeParent » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WeParent
