Me and my ex cannot see our edited calendars..we put dates in etc, but it doesn't show on either of our ends. It's court ordered we don't want to get in trouble for it not working.
When I put in my username and password and hit login, the app does nothing. When I do “forgot my password” it says user credentials not found.
My x deleted messages on the app and I cannot retrieve them..

I’ve been using this app since October/November 2020 after seeing positive reviews. The app has consistently been glitchy with one-time schedule changes, event changes, limited automation to pull in saved locations and contacts, and the internal messaging platform. At first Support was incredibly responsive, but after 1.5 years of no substantial updates to reliability or functionality, I cannot recommend this app. Most recently this past weekend my co-parent and I were logged out and are still unable to get logged in and haven’t received any reply from Support. I rely on this PAID app to document a constantly changing schedule due to my ex’s work and to record a log of medical, school, and schedule decisions for legal reasons (advertised as a prominent feature of this app). I have multiple schedule amendments that I’ve needed to make since the latest glitch occurred and logged us both out / won’t let us login or reset passwords. I’m having to track these in a separate calendar at this point. If I’m paying for this service, I shouldn’t need multiple backups for schedules, messaging documentation, and decision logs.

Downloaded the app, then immediately was contacted from developer team about my experience and purchasing the app. Was hesitant at first, as I hadn’t fully tested the app but I went ahead with the Lifetime subscription, once the free trial ended.
Here is my honest review of We Parent.
Pros: modern concept, ideal functions and features, simple interface and user navigation, and great potential. We Parent could be the perfect app for coparenting, as it sees all the parenting challenges and attempts to simplify them.
Cons: some features are too simplified, not reliable, and poor technical support. I strongly dislike not having the capability to create customized schedules, organize documents and notes, and upload videos. I also have noticed a too constant need for updates to the app, that fix one issue to only create another. For instance, after a recent update I lost the capability to upload documents and the support team is not able to provide a workable solution.
Overall app states that it will assist with coparenting, but how so when users can’t rely on the app to perform as advertised.

I have been using this app since June of 2021. While there have been some glitches, I have stuck with it since the developer offered me a discounted rate if I paid for it in full upfront. There have been a lot of issues with the messaging: not getting all notifications, when you do get a notification and click on it, the new message doesn’t appear right away and you have to go out of the messaging and go back in for it to appear. Most current issue is the app logged me out for no reason and now I can’t get back on. I have requested a password reset email multiple times and have not received it. I have reached out to their support team and have not heard back. This is my main communication source with my coparent for legal purposes. Not being able to message my child’s other parent during drop off and pick up times has not been ideal. There is zero reason why I should not have received a password reset email. I have requested one in the past and have received it so I don’t know what the lag is this time around. This app has a lot of potential but needs a great deal amount of a revamp.
