How to fix Selly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Selly app on iPhone
Update Selly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Selly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Selly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Selly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Selly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Selly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Selly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Selly » click [Force Stop]

Update Selly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Selly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Selly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Selly.

Fix Selly unable to contact server/ Selly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Selly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Selly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
