Been over a month gm financial app not working I dunno how you expect me to pay you otherwise, fix your shit, I have the latest update, the problem is on your end dammit fix your shit
I tried to logon as I always do, it won’t let me and I even tried calling and I can’t get through, not even a ring just silence. I need to see my account ~ HELP?????? I deleted app and reinstalled, I tried to choose forgot password and I got an error!! What’s going on?????? HELP PLEASE!

Hi! I need to make my car payment by the 28th and the app won’t let me login, even after I updated it in the App Store. When I try to login it tells me “unexpected error, try again later” My password and email are both correct. Plus I tried on the website itself, still same result. Help!

I am not able to log into my account to make a payment. I can't get anyone on customer service either. Error message says: an unexpected error has occurred, try again later. I been trying for days now.

I am a new customer trying to finish a account sign up. Both web version and android app freezes when I click FINISH..Ive reinstalled, used a browser and rebooted my phone. Nothing clears the issue the finish button is as far as I ever get.
