Can't transfer my money
When I open the app it just stays on a white screen with a circle and doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone
Today Instant app will not open on my phone. When I call customer service I get cut off after following ALL the prompts. Also the massage tells me my card has not been activated when I HAVE activated it and already used it for purchases!
It won’t load, I have tried restarting my phone and deleting the app and reinstalling it but it’s still just loading

The app is not working and just keeps circling.
When I click on the app it’s a white screen with spinning circle. That never loads. I have updated my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working.
My instant pay card not working it's not letting me get pass the first steps.
My card keeps telling me not activated but the app won't offer the menu to correct it
