I am trying to upload documents on the Optum Financial App. The Add Documents button is active but will not do anything when I click on it so I am unable to upload my documents. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21+.
Trying to pay a provider, I cannot get past uploading supporting docs on the app, says error or server error and deletes everything. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling as I was told to do by your online chat person. That did not work. Any advise? Thanks!
Just did an update on the app. Won’t even open now. It looks like it tries to open for a second then doesn’t. This is the first time I’ve had issues with the app.
I downloaded the app but it doesn't even start up. After I click on it, it seems like something will come up for a split second but then I see the home screen again. I have iphone 13.
