I can not make payment s and now I’m 3 months behind! I’ve spoken to managers and they don’t have any answers . Also tried pay by phone payments and my bank supervisor says Toyotas systems don’t even show up as trying to collect a payment. This is affecting my credit and my business credit now I’m out on over 100k business loans because this affected me. There’s a technical issue that’s been going on for months! It’s wrong and I’m sueing! I’ve already complained with the attorney general.
This app isn’t allowing me to log in… I can’t set up auto pay…. I’m tired of calling every month!!!!
Please fix you app! I keep getting “system error”. Very inconvenient when it don’t work half the time! I’ve only been able to use the app for 1 payment since I bought my car. Get better IT staff and fix the issue PLEASE!!

Keep getting an “error on our side” message when trying to log in to make a payment for almost a week now. Can’t log on online for whatever reason because it wants me to verify my account number….. which I don’t have because I set the app and site up already. Can’t access my account to get my account number, because of said issues. Finally had to CALL to make a payment. What’s the good in an app/website that either doesn’t work or wants you to enter all your information again.
App not responding to make a payment resulting in missing a payment that was submitted. Never went through.Had to go on Website to make payments as options to Schedule Payments not responding.
