littlelf smart Status

I'm am out of the country and have 2 different cameras set up in my house while I am away. My blink camera is working great and notifies me when there is motion detection but the little.elf camera that is in the same room isn't reporting anything. Also, when I open the app it closes immediately. I am unable to check the camera. I have un-installed it and reinstalled it 3 times. Restarted My.phone. cleared the cache and nothing has helped

I've had my camera for a while now, but currently having issues with no pictures of activity during the night. I have cat food in the barn and have had previous pictures of racoons, other cats, etc. eating my cat's food. Now the only pictures I get are from when I feed at night and when I come back in the morning. In between, the cat food has been eaten, but I have no clue if it's my cat or another creature because there are no photos. Hope you can help with this. Thanks. Shirley Hill

My camera has stopped working. Can’t even get it to power up. No life at all

I have 2 cameras which have just stopped working, the newest camera was only purchased in February 2023 and stopped working whilst I was away on holiday, now when you turn it on there are no lights or noises, it just makes a clicking noise, the other camera appears to have completely died

The app is keep crashing on my mobile! I reinstalled app twice, removed and added camera again! No luck. I have Samsung S22.

I set up the littlelf on my android mobile ok. Then set it up on my wife’s android mobile ok, but it then disappears from my phone, just says no devices….Add device. So add it again to my phone then it has disappeared from my wife’s phone! What am I doing wrong? You can use this on 2 devices?

My littlelf 1080p is saying it is offline please help

The app no longer works on our Lenovo tablet although it has worked perfectly the last year. It still works fine on our phone. Any reason for this?

App works for approximately 45 mins then screen shuts down. Have to re load app. This happens on iOS and android devices. Hard reset carried out. Delete and Re installing app carried out. Good Wi-Fi signal and device connected to mains. Please help.
