At first this camera was great as a baby monitor then after a couple weeks it started crashing, randomly disconnects and goes offline, and for a little while there the camera was moving by itself which was creepy and annoying at the same time (it wasn’t tracking motion as that was turned off, it would just randomly move to a different spot in the room). When I report it I’m just told it’s my internet connection — it’s not. The last time i reported these issues I was told the camera wasn’t meant to be used 24/7 and it needed to be unplugged and ‘reset’ frequently. What’s the point of having a camera if it isn’t meant to be used 24/7? I will be replacing the camera as soon as I can.

Pretty disappointed! Why would you create a camera with such great image quality, but spend so little time perfecting its App??? The “Littlelf Smart” App *DOES NOT* mark areas on the recording timeline where motion AND/OR audio were detected. You should be able to activate both motion & audio detection, and those events should be clearly indicated on the timeline, like every other camera’s software does, so that you can easily scroll through your continuous timeline and view these bookmarked events at their corresponding times. What is the point of having a recording timeline if you’re not going to mark where the captured video & audio events happened? Totally useless. I’m returning this.

I loved this camera and app at first. Then after a few weeks I stopped getting notifications for movement detections which already annoyed me because I liked that I didn’t have to constantly keep watch on the camera. Now within the past week it keeps losing connection and it freezes constantly. I’ll be thinking my daughter is laying down sleeping but then I can hear her crying and when I exit the app and reopen it it shows what she’s really doing. Everything is updated on my phone so I’m not sure what the problem is
