Voice to Text Dictation VoxRec Reviews

I have searched and downloaded, I’m guessing nearly every single app. They all“Proclaim” they can record live audio, then transcribe. Bull hockey! This is the only one that actually transcribed my audio and quickly into a readable text. You get to listen to the audio and read the text at the same time. The directions are super simple to follow. Very much appreciated! I am very impressed the transcription is as accurate as it is. Maybe 3%-5% of the words are not what was actually said. Most humans have at least that much error. You do have to make sure you clip your audio logs! Or your wasting your transcription minutes on dead air. Make sure you set it to manually have each log transcribed. Edit all the dead air time. Then have it transcribe your audio log. Never automatic on your recordings! You’ll lose all your minutes in a fast hurry! It is pretty pricey! If I had the $? I would use VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec day in day out! I wish you had a way to watch videos or something else to buy minutes like nearly all the other apps have going on. Regardless I am a big fan and believer! When I get a raise, I am subscribing ASAP! Thank you!

This is the only APP I have found that will add ALL punctuation.

You don’t have to say
“PERIOD”
“COMMA”
“QUOTATION MARKS”
“CAPITALIZE” etc.
All you have to do is speak normally and VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec does the rest.

I have tried about EVERY APP in VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec
STORE and hands down this one is the BEST!

This is the ONLY ONE; dive even waste your time on any other.

It even recorded a lengthy message with the TV blaring in the background. It came out PERFECTLY! I wish it were more affordable.

I would love VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec and would use it EVERYDAY! You can copy and past your transcriptions and/or recording to a text message, email, Calendar, ANYTHING.

I would DEFINITELY pay the monthly $40 (something around this price) EVERY month if you were able to import other text documents; and VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec would read the text out loud.

You could either upload the document within VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec
OR
have the ability to upload your text document from other places...
Such as: iCloud, Files, Documents, PDF’s from a website, etc.

Now, this would be a GAME CHANGER for me and MANY others as well.

If VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec were LESS expensive and CAPABLE of reading other documents aloud...
that would definitely be a
FIVE STAR APPLICATION!

Writing, by hand, on yellow legal pads-or even laboriously typing on a PC/laptop/ phone—is so distracting, unsatisfactory. So I searched. Bought Dragon. Tried microsoft 365. I speak distinctly, without a trace of accent, being from the midwest. Shouldn’t be that difficult, righ? Wrong. Until, that is I found voxrec. Now, ideas flow from my brain to the page. No cumbersome hunting/ pecking. My book is almost writing itself!! Voxrec is accurate. No long voice training necessary. I spoke. Voxrec recorded-accurately! and transcribed. Accurately. There is a god and her name is Voxrec. And you know what? It’s affordable. Even for a writer... Well done.. Thank you

I want to use recordings of my voice to record chapters in a new novel. But I don’t know how to record and then go back and replay and then continue from there. The functions that are automatic or not the ones that I need and want. This seems to be an app for memos and short recordings. What if I just want to dictate a chapter of my book an hour or two per day and have a nice long single recording??

I am a student and I only needed 10 minutes transcribed. I tried different apps and this was the best! I am so impressed that I decided to write the review. The transcription was fast and 99% correct. Interface is great! With all the other apps I tried and tried and I even payed for them and they either took too long or I could not figure them out. If I ever need transcription, I’d go for VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec!

I’ve been looking for an app like this. I often get frustrated with listening to voice recordings because a lot of recording are filled with parts that are not relevant to me. The transcription feature helps me to skip back and forth. This helps me focus on important parts and save time. Lots of other useful features too. Very powerful.

The best I’ve seen so far. I’m not even mad at the possibility that I might be stealing all of my biometric data to create a clone that looks like me but does evil things for the powers that be the only thing I would ask as please name it Cornelius

I’ve been trying to transcribe the same 3 minute voice recording five times. Each time it tells me the transcription is complete but when I click on the recording box, the text isn’t there, only the transcribe button. I finally realized that each time I unsuccessfully tried to transcribe the recording, the minutes were taken off my account!👎 SCAM

The watch app looks so cool. I have it on the watch face, and it starts recording as soon as I launch it. Really handy, and helps with getting those conversations recorded where you dont want to stick a phone up to someones face and distract them from the flow.

I’ve tried other transcribing apps but this I definitely a much better one! Easy to use, and accurate transcriptions in multiple languages. Love it!

This works great for drafting a novel. I can record, VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec transcribes and then emails it to me! If VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec gets it wrong and I can’t remember what I said it’s super easy to go back in the transcription and listen to the right spot. Love VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec!

So useful that I can record my voice and instantly get a transcript. Great if you’re into narrations or anything where you need to read and hear voice at the same time. Awesome app, life-changing!

I love VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec. It’s great for on-the-go thoughts. You can record a to do list, compose an email, write a paper, and so much more! You just record your voice and it transcribed it for you!

I wish it had the feature that the built-in recorder has, that allows you to pick up where you left off very easily.

Almost every feature that I would need in a speech to text App is here and the technology behind it is very sophisticated

The transcription blew me away. Its so smart to distinguish between different words with the same sound when used in context, like Peak vs Peek. May not seem like a big deal at first, but has helped me avoid some awkward situations.

Been using it a few weeks now. It's simple to use and I love the fact that it can automatically sync with my Google drive folders.

Im not really a fan of transcription because of my Spanish accent. But VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec really gets me, it understand me better than most people I talk to. This is really useful, since I talk much faster than I type!

Gives me a way to take some notes while I’m on a walk that I can then integrate into my notebook later on!

I've been looking for a decent transcription app for some time, and VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec has performed beyond my expectations. I recorded a few meetings in cafes where there was a fair amount of background noise and after these conversations, I spent no more than 10 minutes to review and correct things. So much faster than transcribing it myself.

Ive only started using this, but I can see itll be super useful for so many things.
Ive been mainly using Voice memos up until now, but VoicetoTextDictationVoxRec recorder is just excellent. Its also one of the only apps that can automatically backup everything to my Dropbox.

Super app highly recommended. There aren't many players in this space who have done a good job. They have done a good job with the features. It almost has everything you could want.
