Logging into it takes hours of waiting and it’s so slow to update making it almost impossible to use.
If it would work it would be awesome tool.
My desktop version works great, but my mobile app isn’t functioning well at all! It doesn’t load all the messages and no matter how many times i refresh they aren’t loading! So frustrating!
I can’t even get past the email input just acts like it’s thinking and then doesn’t navigate from that page… y’all need to fix this.
For the price our organization pays for the program it should be functioning much smoother.

I have had text recruit since my last recruiting job and my current recruiting job has the same program integrated with ICIMS. Since switching jobs, the text recruit will not work on my phone. We need the ability to sort by this app user. Managers should be able to sort unread messages by user/recruiter so we can better manage our users.
Messages that we have saved for information to our candidates do not appear on the mobile app.
It’s a great app for managing candidate text communication in one place. The online response and click reports are useful to when tracking text campaign performance. UI needs some work, but I like the workflow.
