We are a small business that communicates with our clients and drivers over text messaging, before Heymarket we were using iMessage and it was hard to share texts with the team. Heymarket has made it easy for all of us to share messages and we love it! Great app and support.

The team that assists in set up is great and hands on with video streaming and live demos, the set up and function is quick and painless. The results for our purpose of improved more efficient communication have been better than expected!

We have been using google voice for texting and it breaks down when our team needs to manage the responses. Heymarket lets us respond as a team and manage our text communications. Great app

Just started using HeyMarket with my team. Team works so much more efficiently and HeymarketTexting keeps getting better! If any businesses are looking for a reliable service, use HeyMarket y’all!

Not only are their prices extremely high for a text messaging service, God forbid you have an issue! You have to text them and maybe they will respond. Normally, I just get a message that says they are out of the office.

Really big fan of the company. They are essential to everything we do and I can’t imagine running our day to day operations without Heymarket

So I have been using HeymarketTexting three days and for no apparent reason my account was flagged and closed ! for sending out information about our company barely hundred text messages went out , my account was closed no explanations and they literally ignored me!! You will be left hanging with no explanation!!

Delayed push notifications. Buggy copy and paste. Un-optimized interface and more, HeymarketTexting simply needs more love.

Conceptually HeymarketTexting is great but when I go to type in a number or name to send a new message to it keeps crashing

Use at your own risk. You can’t even talk to anyone if you have issues. It’s glitchy and sent ALL contacts an automated text after the conversations were closed. Really made a lot of people angry and annoyed. Cancelled immediately!!!!

I love HeymarketTexting especially Apple Watch app where I can quickly respond!!

So your app is about communication??? Well then why didn't Heymarket vet the usability of their app on the Apple Silicon computers. And when they find that HeymarketTexting in the AppStore does not open on a Mac why do they stay silent and not fix this issue.

Zero stars. I paid for premium on HeymarketTexting and it never activated. I asked for a refund and they claim there is nothing they can do. Shady business and app.

For a premium second line app for business or even personal use HeymarketTexting is so close to hitting the nail on the head. It's just missing one feature: the ability to redirect calls from the number they give you, to your number. That would make HeymarketTexting better than most all of the ones on the market today. For me, this feature is a deal breaker because my clients don't want just a texting number. The demographic for this should be younger, and people who frequent bars or online dating. For those markets it's perfect!!

I've had the chance to try HeymarketTexting for over a month now. Last week or so it's been crashing on me so I am not very happy with it at the moment.
I use HeymarketTexting to text patients to remind them of their appointments or use HeymarketTexting to keep track of conversations/chats with patients.
I like the fact that it's all kept here within HeymarketTexting instead of my regular txt messages. I also like the concept of having its own phone number. It allowed you to make templates of conversations and utilize it over and over. It's a fairly simple app to learn and use.
After the trial period, the fees are as follow...$9.99/month for 25 contacts & can go as high $99/month for unlimited contacts.

With that being said, the customer service usually respond fairly quickly.
They would have receive a 5 star had the price been more reasonable.

I've dreamed of HeymarketTexting like this for years. Finally it's here. Created three lists of groups I need to text regularly and can send them personal SMS messages. Ported my number over so that when a contact calls me back it goes to my office phone, and can send/receive SMS messages from my desktop or app. Everything I need to communicate quickly with SMS.

This is the only service with a mobile app that integrates CRM with 2 Way Text Message & Template Marketing from a phone number you pick.. I'm very much appreciating the ease of group template texts and moreover, the fast customer service that can include a phone call if needed.. Definitely upgrading now that I see it is consistent and reliable with almost instant support when needed.

As our customer base grew and I had to manage clients over text message and email, heymarket was just HeymarketTexting I needed to separate my personal messages from clients. Plus I was able to get a new number with heymarket and allow my team to track our communication too! Highly recommend HeymarketTexting it was a game changer for our team.

When it's working it's great, but HeymarketTexting has stopped working on my account and even though I have contacted them, they continue to charge me a monthly fee, don't provide app support, and won't provide a refund.
