- The app does not support Touch ID and Face ID, which could make it less efficient to use.

- The DUO open ID authentication flow is not supported.

- The app does not work on all networks, only consistently on Verizon LTE.

To resolve F5 Access network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the F5 Access App
1. On android, goto Settings » F5 Access » click [Force Stop]

Clear F5 Access App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » F5 Access » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart F5 Access.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click F5 Access » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto F5 Access » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch F5 Access
