Force Stop the Kosmos-Plus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Kosmos-Plus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Kosmos-Plus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kosmos-Plus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Kosmos-Plus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Kosmos-Plus.
