Close and restart the Parallels Access app on iPhone

Fix Parallels Access on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parallels Access network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parallels Access Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parallels Access not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parallels Access App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parallels Access » click [Force Stop]

Update Parallels Access to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parallels Access App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parallels Access » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parallels Access.

Fix Parallels Access unable to contact server/ Parallels Access internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parallels Access » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parallels Access » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
