- Can only import one song at a time, which can be time-consuming
- Occasional bugs, such as two songs playing at the same time and slow search option
- No option to see Vox music folder on Files to add music from other applications easily
- EQ should not be a premium feature
- Cannot shuffle by albums, only by songs
- Recent update has caused issues with copying or opening song files from iCloud directly to the app and deleted some music files
- Some users have had trouble with purchasing premium or applying album sort metadata to albums.
Vox is stuck on repeat. It repeats each song, and must be skipped to get to the next one.
Voc app on i-phone just stopped working. Have tried several times to delete and re-install app, but nothing changes. Same on i-pad this morning. Simply stopped working, which is really disappointing given the cost. How can we fix this please?
The mobile app is crashing too much at the start, and I tried uninstalling the app, restarting my phone and nothing works. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM
I have the same problem with Vox after updating to latest version and have found no information on Vox sight or in general Can anybody help?
The latest update rendered the Vox player unusable on the computer and no way to return to earlier version. IOS with Vox Cloud still ok.
