Vox is stuck on repeat. It repeats each song, and must be skipped to get to the next one.

Voc app on i-phone just stopped working. Have tried several times to delete and re-install app, but nothing changes. Same on i-pad this morning. Simply stopped working, which is really disappointing given the cost. How can we fix this please?

The latest update rendered the Vox player unusable on the computer and no way to return to earlier version. IOS with Vox Cloud still ok.

How to fix VOX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VOX app on iPhone
Update VOX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VOX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VOX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VOX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VOX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VOX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VOX App
1. On android, goto Settings » VOX » click [Force Stop]

Update VOX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VOX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VOX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VOX.

Fix VOX unable to contact server/ VOX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VOX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VOX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VOX
