Can't connect to store, have deleted my account several times, but always lose all my extras, have lots of free money but can't use because it won't stay connected to store.

I sincerely wish that Candy Crush would stop using scam and misleading game ads in its platform no matter what they are paying.

I am showing 4364 on the map, but am only at 3000 my little guy.

Two Candy Crush games just disappeared from my iPad. Why

not connecting at all - tried to sign in but told name was already in use!! yet said "no record"? I got hit by virus on my laptop over a year ago and wound up almost losing MY NAME!! they gave another one to use but refused to change all contacts- after all it is my name!! eventually got most of my connections back. the answer with all others was originally same as yours "name already being used"! have not been using Candy Crush for one or two months but it is the only game I have used for over 9-10 years! disappointed when it was not on my Facebook list really hope to get back on with my own name!

I have tried deleting the game and that didn't work. I also did all the update on my computer and that still didn't work. Can you please unblock and fix the issue

App store is not working Please fix it !

Thanks for some of my boosters back but I 650+ bars and hammers& hands etc much more than I got back. Plus the game is still not working it won't let buy or like use anything or get to play on if you don't complete level like using 10 bars etc. The ring just keeps spinning in a circle. Could you try & fix this. Thanks It say contacting store????

Having internet connectivity issues on my kindle fire only when playing candy crush saga. I contacted Amazon help desk state my last log in to candy crush saga was was 6 Oct but been playing today 7th. Keeps circling trying to connect to internet when I want to use my gold bars..does not stop circling..also verified no problems with internet service with my provider.

My game has now lost all boosters and all but 40 gold bars when I have over650.I can't place or use any bars .not even buying boosters I had so many boosters that I've collected over time( and I'm had 99+ on most boosters) & also the events look like beginner events but I'm on boards into 11,000 & up.I spent so much on you guys over years .PM so frustrated please help!!!

I would like to know what happened to my gold bars. I worked really hard to get to 798 bars and when I used 10 bars on a game, I was knocked down to 618! That is 180 loss of my good bars. Please advise. Thank you! Linda

I was having phone issues so with apple support I backed my phone to iTunes then reset my phone to factory settings and then reinstalled the app to my phone. The game status is not where I was when I did the backup and all of my free booster are gone. It backed up the game to 1650 but no boosters. I was actually on maybe 1870. Is there a way to get my boosters back?

Bought Google Play card, redeem code then bought the 14.99 for 1 day and other items never received but charged me!
