How to fix Interactive Map app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Interactive Map app on iPhone
Update Interactive Map app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Interactive Map iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Interactive Map on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Interactive Map network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Interactive Map Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Interactive Map not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Interactive Map App
1. On android, goto Settings » Interactive Map » click [Force Stop]

Update Interactive Map to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Interactive Map App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Interactive Map » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Interactive Map.

Fix Interactive Map unable to contact server/ Interactive Map internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Interactive Map » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Interactive Map » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
