How to fix Bingo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bingo app on iPhone
Update Bingo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bingo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bingo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bingo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Bingo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bingo app issues:

Force Stop the Bingo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bingo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bingo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bingo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bingo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bingo.

Fix Bingo unable to contact server/ Bingo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bingo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bingo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bingo on android.
