Up to now I have been able to view historic temperature and humidity data: day/month/year on two different sensors in two different homes. Recently, historic day data has vanished except for the last few days. Month/year data unaffected
I have a TUYA SMART CONTROL PANEL, model CCP-TY-EU-LN. I can not activate the built in Alexa voice control. Alexa works fine on my phone to control my Tuya switchs. Can you help?
It does not alert me when it sees something out there movement etc. it will notify me if it sees my canopy blowing in the wind and it does not see anybody walking around or me walk it outside. What is wrong with this
I have a Tuya Smart Bulb Camera. Some of the setting are not working properly. The Sensitivity level will not change from medium. The Recording settings will not change from events ony. It records continuously or not at all. What can I Do?

The app keeps crashing when trying to view my camara. Uninstalled and restarted my phone and still doing it. Been doing it for 2 weeks!!

App failed to start repeatedly. Uninstalled it. Re-instal didn't help. Reset power socket camera device. Now pairing fails. It beeps saying it read the bar code. But still no connection. Router says the device is connected to WiFi. The App is not telling me what's wrong it just fails. Junk???

Every time I open app to view smart video doorbell app keeps dropping off. Tried restart and cleared cache and still not working.
Iam using a Samsung S5 smart phone and my Tuya Smart App keeps crashing on me. Is there anything I can try to eliminate this problem? I know this smart phone is kinda old and Iam hoping this is not the reason it keeps crashing. The camera stay's on until I try to go into the settings and for some reason it just shut's off. Having problems with the Tuya smart app for my cctv cameras as soon as I click onto the app the Home Page stays on for 10 seconds unable to view cameras and it crashes completely and app goes off the screen from my mobile device this has been happening past 24 hours very very annoying
