Ive installed and uninstalled 4x with nothing changing. I can log in and it loads up but thats it. The car on the load screen just goes in a circle forever. Was hoping to connect my bank account to save the 20c a gallon they advertise at the pump.
App was working fine on Samsung S23 Ultra phone. Purchased a new Samsung S24 Ultra. Have installed and un-installed several times. Trying to log in the app hangs with a "network connection error". Need resolution soon or I'm going to Shell!

Sunoco app has not worked for over a week now. It just says Sunoco Mobile App currently unavailable, Sorry for the inconvenience. The only reason I buy Sunoco gas is the app. If it doesn't work I guess I will look for an alternative.
Sunoco app really worked well, for a while. It's been about a week that I've been trying to use it and still no go. I use the app for the discount and today I really got raked over when the gas station next door was $.10 a gallon cheaper and still purchased at SUNOCO. going back to Exxon/Mobil app, that still works!!

The Sunoco app has not worked for days, maybe a week now. Do you want me to stay as a Sunoco user. The only reason I buy your gas is the app. I will look for other options if it is not going to work for me. I use the grocery rewards, but there is no reason to shop at Shop and Save if I don't get to use the rewards.

I can't seem to be able reinstall the sunoco app on my new phone. It reads network not connected, but that is not true.
I have been getting a network connection error. I have tried the steps on android but still getting the same error. It has been working fine up until about a month ago.

I have been unable to use you Sunoco app at the pump especially when you offered it as a great addition to our business with you! I have written THREE times without resolution. First phone call we confirmed I was entering the right account number. Second reply stated the app doesn't ask for the account number...but my app does!!!! What a pain in the butt. I recently got a new phone. I had to add my sunoco card to app. The card will not add. Ihave been calling sunoco customer service for two weeks and get told I have to wait 24 hours before I can add the card again. No one actually adresses the issue! My husband got the same phone and he cannot add his sunoco card either! He found out that he can download the app and add the card on his Iphone and Ipad but not on our Galxy phones for driod based pad. He also figured out he can add any other card tothe app except the sunoco card!
Haven't been able to login to my sunoco account for at least 2 days. Today is 4-2-23
My Sunoco Go app stopped working approximately 1 month ago. After several conversations with Sunoco Customer Service and Citibank Customer Service it was determined that my method of payment (Sunoco gas card) was compromised in the application's wallet. I was assured by both parties that the issue had been resolved however I attempted to use that app earlier today and it still fails to function properly. Specifically, once I sign on to the app at the Sunoco retail location, the retailer's name and address pops up on the bottom of the screen and prevents me from selecting "pay at the pump" or "pay in store". I'm at the point where I'm considering deleting the app in its entirety and simply resorting to my gas card which has never given me a problem.
