How to fix Bingo!! app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bingo!! app on iPhone
Update Bingo!! app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bingo!! iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bingo!! on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bingo!! network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bingo!! Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bingo!! not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bingo!! App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bingo!! » click [Force Stop]

Update Bingo!! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bingo!! App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bingo!! » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bingo!!.

Fix Bingo!! unable to contact server/ Bingo!! internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bingo!! » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bingo!! » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
