I have a problem with my Bingo Cash game.it’s just froze And cannot refresh.
After downloading game, I create/ accept my user name, I go through the example game, it provides me my 1st gems to begin. But, immediately, I am asked to play GEM EXCHANGE to try to win a Bonus Cash, I hit PLAY, but I get an error mage, "Internal erro. Please contact support for further assistance." I have followed all your Android steps to correct the problem, and still the same error. NOTE: This error only begin, after I have been playing successfully, then tried to enter my profile account information, it crashed. Since then, I received the same error message that will not go away. I like the game, but am sad I can not play anymore. I already have SOLITAIRE CASH and play successfully for months now.

Normally the game will update new tournaments every night… but for the past two days I only have four options, two are gem based, rookie, and the double card tournament. Is anyone else having this issue? The options are pretty lame.

The sound is not working using my iPad. I have the sound on in the settings in the app and volume up. It does work on my iPhone. I just started using my iPad for bingo cash. I would prefer to use the iPad especially when there is 2 cards. I have turned the iPad off and back on with no luck. Any ideas

Downloaded the app, created a username (LuckyLaree), played 3 games, won 3 dollars, and it even let me deposit 5 dollars... Immediately after accepting my deposit it asked me to do the registration... Each time I try to play the ‘watch ad’ games it says turn off VPN. I don’t have a VPN. In my VPN settings it says Not Connected. I can only play the watch ad games from the occasional pop up on the bottom of screen. Can this be fixed? It has just started doing this in past few days.
