Geachte heer/mevrouw, Na de laatste update van de app kan ik de hoortoestellen niet meer gekoppeld krijgen. Ik heb een Motorola Edge 30 Neo met Android versie 13. Ik heb AudioNova B1-R Sand hoortoestellen. Ook Schoonenberg Hengelo (Ov.) krijgt het niet voor elkaar. De toestellen zijn al opgestuurd geweest en de electronica is vervangen. Alle aangegeven opties uitgeprobeerd: Het lukt simpelweg niet! Sonova graag een oplossing! Met vriendelijke groet, Gerrit Houwers

"HELP US IMPROVE" screen appears when I open app. I AGREE and NO THANKS options to not work. App is connected to my hearing aids but I cannot change settings in app. Started today. Will anyone respond??????

Absolute garbage. App will no longer open. Crashes and disappears of the face of the earth. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Frustrating to say the least!

I’m using the app with an iPhone SE running iOS 16.1. Typically, I wear the hearing aids for 12 hours a day. Randomly, the app refuses to connect to the hearing aids. This is usually in the evening e.g. when I try to turn on the app’s TV profile. (This support software doesn’t like me trying to post two issues. Not a fraud, I have two issues !)

I’m using the app with an Apple iPhone SE running iOS 16.1. I’m new to the hearing aids, about a month. The app randomly tries to make phone calls - today it did so whilst I was driving, which was unnerving. Sometimes my phone display randomly shows “Voice Control” (I don’t use Siri) I’ve found a setting called “Tap Control” and turned it off (but I wasn’t tapping the hearing aids whilst driving) Any thoughts ?
