I have a problem with RemoteLink

- Reduction of crowd noise is not very effective

- Frequent loss of connection of one aid without apparent reason

- Not very intuitive

- Bluetooth connection still drops with IOS 13 and latest update

- App may not open after update, causing inconvenience and reliance on the app to be lost

My earing aids connect but after a while one or both disconnect, not very happy..

To resolve RemoteLink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the RemoteLink App
1. On android, goto Settings » RemoteLink » click [Force Stop]

Clear RemoteLink App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RemoteLink » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RemoteLink.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RemoteLink » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RemoteLink » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RemoteLink
