The old app worked perfectly, now with the revised app the left volume is down considerably and when increased to compensate reverts to 0 within a few seconds. I have re booted the hearing aids a number of times also deleted the app and re loaded it but to no avail. Please advise.
The unitron plus remote app doesn't open
Unitron app was working until recently but after re-installing, it crashes before opening fully.
I have deleted and reloaded the app. Then restarted phone. Restarted hearing aids. Try to use app and it turns off before it connects. Continues to crash.
Bluetooth on iPhone almost impossible to connect with Unitron. App is primitive and needs to work with folks at Apple to work out the bugs.
Was working OK for more than year. Because of son maintenance issue a spare set of earphones was given. The app was not connecting to new pair even though it detected. So uninstalled and reinstalled again on the same mi note 9 pro. After re installing the downloaded app , having troubles of crashing. The app starts and crashes within 5 seconds.
I can't get my hearing aids to answer calls they are connecting on the app but not the Bluetooth
Your remotes keep breaking and the app will not load to work for hearing aid control. Is this to help the hearing aid owner’s back to the wall to have to purchase the expensive UStream remotes! I have had to get two and need a new one now! I am a senior adult and these prices and lack of cooperation is bondage in the worst kind a of way!!
