This is to follow up my request in February this year to stop charging our card, and issue a refund for the past months. I cannot login with my account so I cannot cancel from there. The reset password does not work because it does not recognize my email. Kindly assist to avoid another charge for the next month.
Cannot login to app, will only let me login to website. Not satisfying with streaming onto tv.
I am doing a program and a challenge but the app is not tracking my completion so I am unable to unlock the following class in the series. I play from beginning to end.
I can no longer stream from my app to my TV (via Roku). The app won't recognize my Roku, even though they're on the same wifi network.
When I try to open a class my screen goes white. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still not working. My iPad is updated too.
Can’t log in or load anything. Says network error. Tried on multiple devices. Tried deleting app and uploading it. Logged out. Won’t work
It stops after about one minute. What do I need to do?
