DENT: eSIM Phone Internet Reviews

All of the Esim providers charge high markups for lower speed and/or prioritization than native carrier sims. Apparently my device was still locked when I installed DENT and DENT didn’t tell me what the issue was but made it seem like the Esim had to be installed. The setup instructions were poor on the website. Once phone was unlocked DENT started to work with my free data. I earned extra data in DENT as well. I haven’t used the data since I am not outside my native coverage area but my native coverage in this area will have faster speeds and stronger signal. This one seems to provide a crypto twist on the business model and offers free data to get you started.

DENT is incredible!! The ability to buy more data is completely game changing. I was just traveling overseas , I would hit my 1GB limit per day within a few hours and would be stuck wishing I could buy some more in between the 24 hour cycles. This would have saved me hundreds of dollars....if you believe in a future of liberated data, the future is happening now with this app.

You can send data to your friends and even yourself! Works with PayPal too! Absolutely game changing.

What is the solution they claim to bring : data service phone call internationally and phone.

Reality : the data does not work . I purchased $10 worth of this app coin , it’s a waste of money because the internet does not work . Without the internet making phone calls does not work either because you calling over the internet .

Too expensive : I don’t know who they create this service for but this business will not succeed because their data plans are too expensive . paying $10 usd for 1Gb of data is wayyyy too expensive and it doesn’t even work . I’m going to start a paypal dispute to get my $10 refunded back to me . It’s a rip off .

Final thoughts: this could have work for people like me who travel a lot . However if you are from the states , you don’t really need this because if you have T-Mobile you basically can use your phone everywhere you travel to . Plus , you can make phone calls through WhatsApp . However I love the idea of this project . So Sad their system don’t work . Stay away

You can buy data on it using DENTs (not this app coin) and has nothing at all to do with block-chain, tokenizing mobile data, or revolutionizing the mobile data industry. If you were silly enough to buy this app coin because you don’t understand the premise and were sold by the fact that they released an app, I feel sorry for you. You got scammed. I go hiking alone from time to time and once I was stranded without my phone. I remembered I had my old iPhone XR and now I use this app combined with AllTrails when I hike and keep my actual phone in my backpack. Each navigation maybe uses .2 GB, so the $10 reload lasts a long time for me and the gig of data is good for a whole year. I think they use AT&Ts towers? Could be wrong but haven’t had any issues.

Ideal for the world traveler and a necessary resource. So thankful for DENT. It gives you the ability to continue the everyday use of your phone no matter where you are in the world. If I want to play games in the U.S. I can do it without worrying about cost. If I want to watch stream movies in Canada no problem. Truly an exceptional app and service.

I think the title says it all, you can you use for a year which is great and was so helpful recently but the price increase I wonder about and maybe have cheaper 30 day plans and when I use it, certain websites block me cause they think my internet connection is from some I guess communist countries? But I do run into this problem a lot with esim and what IP address they use.

I had high hopes for DENT as I like the currency. The trouble began on signup where they clearly indicate you will receive 1000 this app coin when you register.

After registration you receive 30. When you submit a support case you receive broken English responses claiming that 30 is all you are owed.

I could probably get past the false advertising if I was not outraged by the pricing of their product.

They sell this app coin at almost a 30% markup from the free market. Even worse, you can’t transfer your this app out of their wallet. So you’re stuck keeping it with them if you decide to actually pay their prices or if you decide to use their app as a wallet.

I will happily amend my review if they decide to honor their own wording of “Get...1000 free this app to get you started”, but I’m still waiting for their tech support person to figure out their mistake and own up to it.

I just downloaded DENT and set up the eSim it looks the most amazing app they had ever created. If you want eSim and a new line I suggest you go with DENT, I am literally amazed there was such app existed and I’d never looked into it. Great job Developer and founder.

This is an amazingly fast and cheap way to send someone extra data. The test transactions were nearly instant. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could. The ability to sell my data (later versions) will be a welcome addition. Great app!

Been waiting years for this type of service most of my family lives overseas and they always need data. Now I’m able to send them data monthly without any hiccups.

The documentation lists Mexico as one of the countries it supports but it
a) fails to mention that it’s only in 3G even though Mexico’s had LTE for a decade
b) it still doesn’t work. It appears to have signal and connect but then a message pops up and says it failed to connect.

Unfortunately I relied on it working after testing it in America and then came to Mexico assuming it’d just work. It didn’t. I just spent my money for nothing

DENT is wonderful! You can buy this app Tokens right from DENT using PayPal and can sent friends/family Internet Data! It is also way cheaper than buying data through your telco provider and is 10x easier. I’d recommend DENT for everyone.

It’s about time that data could be added on when needed. Now it with out changing your whole plan when I just need some data to make it to next time get data reloaded. I love that I can send data to others too 👍🏽. Amazing app!!!

I’ve been a long time this app user. Tried to buy more data during my travels two days a go and DENT kept on crashing. Tried to buy it again today and the prices doubled!!!! From $4.99 to $9.99 now per gig!! Not cool. DENT doesn’t crash now after the price increase. Interesting, right 🤯
Wish they honored my purchases before the price increase. Shame....

So here is my advice. Don’t buy tokens within DENT . Go to an exchange where the price for each token is like 0.2 cents. Buy it there with ethereum and then from the exchange transfer your tokens to your app wallet. This will save you hundreds of dollars. Do it smart.

Everything runs smoothly in terms of app only issue really is contacting support and some the data features in running an iPhone 12 and it states I can’t get an esim plan even though my device is listed on compatible devices along with it being compatible in my country any help?

Why hasn’t anyone thought of this before now! this app has worked painlessly and flawlessly, I can added more data with the click of a button; Instead of going through the hassle of my phone company. You guys are awesome :)

First off, amazing app revolutionizing the way data is purchased. However, at this time unable to send purchased this app tokens to another wallet, can only deposit tokens. 5 stars if this feature is added.

As someone who travels internationally, this absolutely has the potential to revolutionize what I spend on mobile data. Smooth GUI easy to register and easy to use! Haven’t had a single bug or crash!
