I can’t let it work and I did it as it stated. I’m afraid that by having my credit card, they can hack my info. I see the credit of the value I paid for going down. But I don’t have any Internet connection. Every time I click on a app it tells me you don’t have cellular data, but they are charging me usage… so i don’t they are doing that with no internet. I would like to know how to unlink my info from eSIMPlus.

I followed the steps exactly how it said in eSIMPlus . I also have a brand new iphone.

I needed to purchase a secondary plan since I am visiting the Dominican Republic. It never worked.

When I tried contacting customer service, they never replied.

I will be disputing this charge as they did not live up to the deal in this “contract.” They did not provide customer service and the product did not work as intended.

I know prepaid cellphone, and mobile prepaid broadband plans that have cheaper rates, and more data than this . It be a good idea if it wasn’t charging at 2005 prices.

Personally, I see it very expensive and not worth it. I travelled the world and I know the price of getting internet connection (only) sim card is cheap compared to the packages provided in eSIMPlus .

At the end, it may not suit me, but definitely it may suit others or for first time travelers who just decided to go for tourism outside their home country, because they prefer internal tourism which I encourage specially at the current circumstances .

It charged my card, and then errored out. Don’t see any way to recover the previous order even if I was logged in when it happened. Doesn’t work.

When you click the support button it doesn’t connect to anyone. I’m going to leave this one star until I get support as I’ve paid money and don’t have it working yet.

Again another app that promise lie and imaginary plans. 🤬
The idea is great but will lead you to bankruptcy i’m current using T mobile International plan that works in 153 countries.
My plan is unlimited Data but it’s only 2G of speed so it’s slow very slow but it enough only for texting and emailing

I paid for 7 days of data, they took my payment, then didn’t provide any service. Supposedly a tutorial was supposed to pop up when I paid, but it never happened. Customer service only sent me one email saying it was strange. Don’t rely on this, find a better service.

I went to whois to check out what this business really is.
Turning out, they are legitimate Lithuanian (?) Registered business, but can't tell the details b/c I can't confirm it without creating an account (which requires to confirm its ToS& Privacy Policy)
If I can't read your ToS beforehand, how can customers trust you in the first place?
Conclusion: Fishy due to non- transparency

I made a purchase and had an error message after my credit card was charged. I had to reinstall eSIMPlus and when I log in I have no purchase. I tried to chat for support but I am not getting any answer. I’m waiting a few more hours before I do a credit card dispute.

I downloaded eSIMPlus and paid for service. Followed the installation instructions to the letter, and it doesn’t work. I want a refund. Total waste of time. If you want an rain package go to a reputable carrier. Lost a lot of value time trying to make this work. Customer support is non-existent. Tried multiple times to contact them for assistance, but no response and no help. I’d give a negative rating if I could.

The idea is great but the prices are crazy expensive and not all countries are available. In the US for example, I get unlimited data for $3/day normally. There are also other esim apps with much better rates and more countries. Downloading them now...

I loved the idea but making numbers it is too expensive conpared with what I normally pay when travel. Loved because it is eSIM but no way to pay that. Another thing is that my country is not included, Brasil
