App allows you to make commercials and then crashes when it’s time to “publish” your commercial. I personally believe that it’s a marketing tactic to get you to purchase the “full service” of at least $100/mo. Every since I got the $100/mo subscription... I haven’t had a single problem. I believe this is a ploy and here’s how...
They get you hooked by setting Promo to work without problems for a week or two (on the discounted and limited version). Then all of a sudden Promo begins to crash. I tried for 3 days and now it’s turn into at least a month to get help and the mobile app keeps crashing. This has caused hours of frustration and wasted time.👎🏽 Can’t make a SINGLE VIDEO ANYMORE on the version that’s discounted. The service is great when it works.. but the sneaky way they make you have to buy a more expensive version before it starts to work is not integral business practices #UnSatisfiedCustomer

So I downloaded Promo because it was rated a great app on Google. I found a lot of cool templates that I could easily edit to make my own and cater to my brand however it prompted me that I would have to purchase the premium which was fine because it was only $10 a month or $60 for the year. However once I purchase the premium I did notGet access to the features. I will say that the customer service is very good because I received a response in less than five minutes however it’s been a full day and there has been no resolution to this issue. I was last sold so standby as the issue would be forwarded to their team and I would receive an email. I don’t think that it should take this long for the problem to be solved. I am now browsing through other apps so that create this app videos.

I have been evaluating the software for a few month, we decided to add the software to our advertising strategy, we would not have if we know that the were giving the impression that the ISO is not even 10% of the the PC Version that they are actively advertising to me. After spending the money on the ISO Version, and finding out that it is not what we we’re giving The impression that it was, with in 30 minutes of T purchase I contact the this app explaining that I want the The compleat Version not the ISO, I was told that they can’t help me.. Do not buy, do not support this kind of practices it’s miss leading and deceptive they are not same software and should not have the same name. Until I get my money back I will be posting this on every social media multiple time a week.. thank you for reading

As a small business we need quick smart and easy marketing solutions. this app gives us this professional product. I have just started to use and see my campaign performance improving.

Promo does not allow you to search by theme and you need to scroll through all movies to find what is relevant to your project. Promo has not fixed a problem with sound and you can’t listen to their library songs. Promo doesn’t let you correct mistakes or make changes after you publish it. Though luck if your team makes changes to your campaign after you published the video. Your loss. So I recommend you look at options before getting Promo. I am requesting a reimbursement.

Promo is complete BS. I paid for the monthly and quickly canceled my subscription after 10 minutes. WHY CAN’T YOU UPLOAD YOUR OWN VIDEOS/PICTURES?! How am I supposed to promote my products when I can’t even preview them? Lol. Makes no sense. The desktop version is better but way too expensive ($500 for the year..). I hate that you can search for songs on Promo , you literally have to guess what genre it’s filtered under. Way too tedious, rather just try my best on iMovie to create my own this app!

I can’t believe there’s no option to upload your business images or videos! This is supposed to help grow your business through easy to make video ads but you can’t upload any of your businesses images or videos! Complete waste of my money. I can’t use this at all for my business.

Promo has a beautiful design and templates to play around. The problem is that after you had spent some time working on your project and you are ready to save it, Promo crashes. Very annoying. It also causes problems loading the logo at the end. $9.99 a month is not bad, but it seems too expensive if you are not able to create a single video.

Apparently you have to use a template I can’t see where you start a fresh project I can’t do anything with the template without purchasing this app so therefore it’s not free you can’t do anything with it unless you buy it why would I pay for something without even knowing if I like it you can’t do anything with it unless you purchase it. There are too many other apps out there for us to do that so no thank you.

Simple way to make you a pro... I've used some of the others... This one is easy. Has many templates. Even the music selection is great. Thank you for making my business look so good now!

Tried downloading it twice and got the subscription also but there’s no sound. Overall it’s a cool ap. Hopefully the sound will be fixed soon.

I use a combination of apps I love this one for how easy it is . It needs work on some areas (bugs , and ability to use .png images for logos). Aside from some performance issues it’s fantastic.

Finally a super simple way to make videos for my business needs

Also in text edit, there's no way out without killing Promo . The keyboard gets stuck open and prevents you from accessing the exit button. I had to kill the whole app. I'll stick to the desktop version for now. Hopefully Promo improves soon.

I created one video that was very cool so I purchased a year to continue. Once purchased, I found I had no more access to new videos than the FREE videos and everything crashes and now I have outtros that I can’t even edit. I cancelled my subscription in less than 24 hours and it has been almost a week and no refund.

I purchased the yearly subscription. Everything is great but can’t seem to download the video I created. Only gives me a link option

I just subscribed for a year ..I thought I had a free trial & I canceled this after 30 minutes because every time it tries to access my photos it crashes
I can’t make one single video -this is the worst app -waste of time and money -I want my money back!

What a great app. There are so many beautiful templates (many are free) and you edit them with ease. Highly recommended.

I literally created a video in my bad and posted it to instagram before I even had coffee. Super useful. Love Promo!

Lost my progress because I stepped away from my phone for a moment and it timed out. What a joke. I spent so much time creating it for Promo to not even save my place. Will not be spending a single penny on Promo. If no stars were an option .....

Love this app.com! using it for awhile now on desktop. Was wating for it to be on mobile!! Now i can create and edit my videos on the go. Can't wait for the next releases!

I really want this to work since I work in digital marketing but there are so many glitches and bugs it’s not worth the monthly subscription of $9.99 until the developers fix this.

Tonight, thought I would try again for the 5th time and as I went to upload a logo from my cell, Promo froze on all my photo albums.

So, yet another failed attempt and money down the drain.

I wish these template companies would do some videos for people selling hair extensions. No one has ANY!!!
