How to fix Likewise app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Likewise app on iPhone
Update Likewise app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Likewise iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Likewise on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Likewise network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Likewise Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Likewise not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Likewise App
1. On android, goto Settings » Likewise » click [Force Stop]

Update Likewise to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Likewise App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Likewise » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Likewise.

Fix Likewise unable to contact server/ Likewise internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Likewise » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Likewise » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Likewise
