5) Have to upgrade to plus to watch certain dramas.
6) App needs to be upgraded.
7) Can't watch for almost a day due to "something went wrong, please try again" reason.
8) Some shows changed to premium.
9) Too many ads on TV or Macbook.
Can only watch one episode at a time then App freezes. Have to close app and restart in 10-15 minuts
Shows do not load and an error code 6460 mentioning browser problem appears. Did not have this problem until some weeks ago.
TODAY, 2-12-23, the video takes longer than usual to load and then the subtitles still freeze. This has happened on more than one video and has been continuous since Thursday, 2-9-23. My request id# is 1682787. I have tried opening in another window, used different browsers, updated Microsoft Edge, tried to view on another device, etc. and still have the same problem. When I received the support id number, the email suggested to stream from another supported device or web browser. Your help suggestions are not working so my question is this, do you have a timeline when this problem of using Microsoft Edge can be resolved. It has been over 4 days that I have been unable to view anything on Viki.
subtitles not working at all. I have to keep pressing subtitles to read the next line for each actor. how do I reset? I can't watch anything
The viki app won't allow me to stream on my lg tv. I've contacted tech help twice for same problem - each time they "fix it" and it works fine for few days then it goes back to "unexpected error" - I've uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out, signed back in, restarted tv and made sure I wasn't signed in on any other device. I pay for this service and am getting frustrated
ios app on my ipad keeps crashing. restarting app does not help, restarting ipad sometimes helps.
The Viki app keeps crashing on my IPad, I’ve tried restarted the app and the IPad and it keeps doing it.
Viki shows I am logged in but it will not show any episodes. I did log out and log back in twice to no avail. There is no error message or any message of a problem.
Have payment of $99.00 yearly to apple for tv x2 & now one iPad. iPad has been frozen @ rakutan Viki for several days. Pevously for shorter periods. Tv freq reverts to free or standard instead of plus. So frustrating not to be able to rely on constantly!, I keep getting Rakutan Asian Movies.
