When I try to upload a video it says “no videos” when I clearly have about 5 or 6 in my camera roll

The video of me speaking is not moving forward while the video is playing. I'm stuck in freeze frame. Is it possible I have too many movies stored in iMovie? Do I need to remove movies? Thank you.

How to fix iMovie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iMovie app on iPhone
Update iMovie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iMovie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iMovie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iMovie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iMovie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iMovie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iMovie App
1. On android, goto Settings » iMovie » click [Force Stop]

Update iMovie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iMovie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iMovie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iMovie.

Fix iMovie unable to contact server/ iMovie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iMovie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iMovie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iMovie
