Everytime I try to purchase concessions using my gift cards it says to check internet connection. I have internet connection. Your app needs serious work!
Repeatedly gives me "connectivity error while completing your purchase". You seem to have lost internet connectivity, or the server did not respond while processing this transaction. I can't purchase tickets from the website on my laptop as it doesn't recognize that I have the unlimited plan.

App won’t let me see any movies or theaters. Keeps asking if I am having trouble with the internet. Regular Regal website is blocking me so I have no ability to check out the movies at Regal.
The Regal app won't open up on my Samsung J3 phone. I just subscribed to Regal unlimited and I need the app to access the plan.
my theater visits has not changed after the last 2 visits. still says need 9 more for diamond level. infact I seem to have lost a visit. I have a screen shot of it where it says 8 more needed for diamond. now 9 again! should be 7 now🤔

Several times I have gone into the app, saw tickets for a particular movie at the closest theatre, then gone in a little bit later and purchased said tickets, only to have purchased them to another theatre unaware that the locations had changed. Sunday, I saw A Man Named Otto at my theatre for today, but 10 minutes ago I went into my app and the movie was unavailable. I closed it out and went into it again and now it shows the movie available but not at MY theatre. However, I can purchase tickets on the internet at MY theatre for today. Why does this happen?
The Regal App is not working at all. I have reset my phone cleared out memory space updated the playstore but still nothing works. How can I add a family member when I can't even access my account?
I am unable to update the app. When I tried to logon, it says it needs to be updated and then the app will not allow me to update it. I have been unable to make any movie reservations for the past week
I run into “Update Required,” but when I click “UPDATE NOW,” it takes me to the Apple App Store Regal app, but I don’t see any option for updating, just “Open” (and that sends me back to the app stating an update is required). How do I update this on my iPhone?!
I am constantly getting the "oops, something went wrong message" after purchasing tickets. I close the app, clear the cache, and try again. And of course, the seats I wanted are now being held by my failed purchase. So I go with a second choice of seats and try again only to get the same error message. Now I'm holding 4 seats and nothing's been purchased. This has happened for the last several movies I've seen.

My regal Isn’t opening at all and keeps crashing every time I try to open it
App won't open at all
The regal app is not allowing me to play the preview today it just spins and i did restart the wifi and restarted the phone. Plus i uninstalled the app and reloaded.
App closes out immediately when trying to open.
