I have a problem with UTA GoRide

No current problems

- No option to save frequently purchased tickets for faster/easier selection

- No access to transit maps and schedules within the app, must visit website separately

- No incentivization for leaving reviews (suggestion made by user)

To resolve UTA GoRide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the UTA GoRide App
1. On android, goto Settings » UTA GoRide » click [Force Stop]

Clear UTA GoRide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UTA GoRide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UTA GoRide.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UTA GoRide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UTA GoRide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UTA GoRide
