How to fix Vacasa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vacasa app on iPhone
Update Vacasa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vacasa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vacasa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vacasa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Vacasa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Vacasa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vacasa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vacasa » click [Force Stop]

Update Vacasa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vacasa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vacasa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vacasa.

Fix Vacasa unable to contact server/ Vacasa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vacasa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vacasa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
