How to fix Bolt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bolt app on iPhone
Update Bolt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bolt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bolt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bolt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bolt app issues:

Force Stop the Bolt App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bolt app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bolt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bolt App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bolt app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bolt.

Fix Bolt unable to contact server/ Bolt internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bolt » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bolt » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bolt on android.
