I was on the phone and waiting for over 2 hrs on each time. No customer services what so ever. This is beyond DEPLORABLE.

I’ve called twice and both times they had me check settings and then delete the app and add it back in. It’s still not working. Please help as each time I call there’s long wait times and they don’t resolve the problem.

I've getting messages that my snapshot port is not plugged in. That's not true because it's has been plugged in for over a month. I get 3 beeps when I start the car, and beeps when I brake too hard.
