The Snapshot app is available to everyone, even if you’re not a Progressive
policyholder. For policyholders: People who’ve already purchased a
Progressive insurance policy and enrolled in Snapshot with the mobile app (not
the plug-in device) can use it to complete their Snapshot driving period.

I was on the phone and waiting for over 2 hrs on each time. No customer services what so ever. This is beyond DEPLORABLE.

Hi, Snapshot stop working. Restart keeps stopping. Waited for you to pick up my call for an hour. Gave up. Please e-mail a link to download the Snapshot app. 281-935-4334. Thank you.

I’ve called twice and both times they had me check settings and then delete the app and add it back in. It’s still not working. Please help as each time I call there’s long wait times and they don’t resolve the problem.

I've getting messages that my snapshot port is not plugged in. That's not true because it's has been plugged in for over a month. I get 3 beeps when I start the car, and beeps when I brake too hard. I've been on hold for 2 hours so when you figure out your program, please give me a call at 941-713-9142. My device # is Device ID: P231505646X.
