I cannot connect to King Soopers using my Android phone, but on my desktop computer I can connect.

I tried to use my King Soopers app on my new phone which was transferred from previous phone, and it says bad request. I cannot get into the app.
The King Scooper site never loads properly and times out. This takes place using three different browsers. If I use my phone the site always loads properly. No it is not my PC.
I can't login in to the King Soppers app using my Android phone. I can login with no problem using my PC. I absolutely KNOW I'm using the right password. Not good when I can't get the digital price you advertise when I shop in the store.
Won’t add card
Same old message "We are having login issues right now... blah, blah, blah".... it's been almost a month and I cannot get into that site so I can get the digital coupons. I've "talked" with the "experts"... over an hour one time, numerous times at the store, etc.
Cannot log into app on android phone. Been a month. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Did not work.
We have had the King Soopers app for several years, and had placed numerous delivery orders for years. Recently the app stated that there were no deliveries available in our area, of northeast Denver. We hate going directly to our Green Valley Ranch King Soopers as the lines are always long and the selection is subpar. We re busy professionals and do not wish to waste precious time spending all day shopping with our busy lives. That’s why delivery orders are so important to us. Well suddenly we get an initial message that delivery is not available. As a result I signed up for a separate Boost membership (with the idea that they were trying to get us to sign up for this service). Well the new problem was that I couldn’t add my valid credit card to my new account. After contacting King Soopers via the AI chat and directly, there was no resolution as to why my wife could no longer use her account and why I couldn’t add my cards to the account I initiated. The direct calls ended abruptly as we magically got disconnected when they couldn’t explain the glitches. We got a case number but King Soopers never follows up. I am looking for other delivery services. I may try Whole Foods through Amazon. I may also temporarily use Safeway via (DoorDash or instacart until they merge) to complete orders.). I despise every other commercial by KS as it represents a big company who uses sentimentalality (see their holiday commercials) to portray a caring family company which they clearly aren’t. Keith
The cell phone app won't accept my King Sooper"s card number so I can set up an account on my cell phone, Yet my card is accepted and used at King Super stores weekly. I've been trying to contact King Super's assistance via my cell phone (1-800-576-4377) for several week with no success. I need some help.
Same message every time: We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers and try again. Nothing I do helps. Once again I lost a pick up order due to this website. I'm not happy.

When I search for items, the price of items in most cases do not show up, and refuse to buy something without knowing the price.
