Summary of Relive Problems 🔥
- I wasn't able to see the track while recording.
- The paid subscriptions seem 3 or 4 times as expensive as they should be.
- App didn't recognize I had paid for it.
- Many bugs especially in the loop.
- Only 8 tracks to choose from, only 2 maybe are nice the others are stupid.

I have used and have been a paid member for a few years. Unfortunately, in the past two years I have encountered so many crashes that I find myself not wanting to use the app. I travel a lot and my travels or documentation of my travels is extremely important to me. I have upgraded to the iPhone 14pro and still no change. I have, on numerous occasions, followed instructions to try and resolve the situation to no avail. Maybe I am missing something?? Thank you in advance!
I was building a route from my bike trip for 2 weeks. Now that I've finished my trip, the App will not create a video from the route.

App keeps saying it’s still working on a video (after 12 hours) doesn’t have option to let me abort and restart and just stuck in the “working” mode. I have restarted my phone; I have deleted and reinstalled app. Help!
Since yesterday the app can't make a video as used to be. Keep saying the video is being made but eventually no vídeo Already cleared cache, reinstall and still nothing...
It did not produce the video and just stays at “Your video is being made”.
The Relive app works fine on my android (Huawei) phone but not my iPhone, it won't let me login, why?
I have problems since i changed my phone. When i create 3d videos it doesn’t show the route from the front, in some time the image turn the side and shows the taken route but not following at the same time… i am conecting relive with Garmin watch. And i already tried to reinstall some times.
I keep getting a message the Something went wrong. Please try again later when I try to create a Relive video. I have another activity that I tried to create a video and none of my pictures show up to even add to the video. I have not changed anything with my phone's camera and have never had issues of this kind.
Tried to link to Map my Ride. But whichever MapMy app that I chose only Map my Walk gets chosen. I have not used Maps my Walk in years and no longer even have it on my iPhone. I use Map my Ride regularly. Please help.

App keeps crashing. Can not get the app to respond to any thing I select. Very sad
I just finished the last walk on the Camino de Santiago and my relive app did not work. Very sad about this.
My Relive keeps stopping before I'm ready for it to stop. Today we made a 300 motorcycle ride and it quite 80 miles into the ride about the time I did a text. I hit continue program when I made the text. This happened before so I completely deleted it and reloaded it. Yes, I'm using the free version. I have no reason to pay for a version if it quits on it's own. What can I do?
Hi Relive, after my activity, the app will create the video of my journey, but it takes a long time creating it. Please rectify it. I have also uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and it doesn't work.
