- App has been glitchy since Hearst purchased the magazine
- App freezes and will not open
I purchased a 6 month trial, installed the app on my phone. I have only twice been able to successfully download an article to read. There are no issues with my phone (all checked), I have good Internet connection. Hearst have said they've fixed the problem but nothing has changed. Why can't any one fix the app! I have never had problems like this with other apps, they all work perfectly.
