Can’t log in. “We have encountered a problem. Please try again later.”
I have bought a new android mobile device. When I try to log in it asks for an 8 digit code which the system sends but I never get it. This is very frustrating as I cannot use my new device for NRC and therefore have to carry two devices one as a mobile phone and the other for NRC. Can you please help with this and why am I not getting the codes. I have even tried logging in on the computer with the same results...no code in email!

the app on my apple watch stopped verbalizing my mile splits with time, distance mile splits. the same thing is happening on my wife's apple watch. she has an SE and i have an ultra. this just started a couple weeks ago.
Today the app seemed like it froze at the Start screen (on my watch). I couldn't see my progress, time, distance, etc. Same on the phone. But, it apparently was tracking (with no data displayed) because my airpods told me my mile splits. However, when I finished the run, there was no way to pause/stop the run, so I ended up with 20+ minute miles after the run decided on it's own to stop. Getting stuck at the Start screen happens to me pretty frequently. Any ideas what's going on with NRC?
for the last few weeks, every guided run crashes at roughly the 2min mark. I stop the run and close the app, and if i try again on a new run a few days later, the old run says it's still tracking, usually saying i've covered 1km in 20-40hours. I've updated, re-installed, and even got a new phone last week and the issue continues. any one have any suggestions here. I'm currently using the half marathon training plan and find the interval and guided runs make training so much easier so i'd love to get it working again
My Nike Run continues to synch after I end a run and will not record my run. I've had this problem at least 3 times a week in the last two months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled at least once a week and this weekend 3 times. In the past this has worked after Nike does an update but not today. After 6 years of using this app I am ready to close it up for good and find another app. I've lost too many runs, and races because of this.
I can not log in into the app. Keep getting error connecting to server. Have enjoyed this app for many year. Have desi installed and installed few time to no avail. The responses your are putting on line are deflecting the issue. Would love to stay using this app. Please resolve.
Also having issues with the guided runs. When I tap to download a guided run—any guided run—it says "network unavailable." I've changed my mobile networks, I've used Wi-Fi networks, same message. I've logged out, I've restarted the app, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, same message. I can only assume it's not me, it's a network issue on their end, but it's persisted for more than a month now. It's so frustrating.
Unable to download any guided runs on Android phone. Deleted then reinstalled app and still having the same issue. It will say guided run was download and is ready to go but when I go to use, it says I need to download again. Very frustrating as I have enjoyed this app for about 4 years now.
I have used the NRC app for years and also used it on my bike rides where it worked well. Now, however, with the newer updated version (on my Iphone11) it works correctly on walks & jogs, but NOT with the bike. It is not accurate with the map (tracks off the roads) and also records less than half the distance traveled! Is there a fix for this, a 'bike mode' needed, or something I'm not aware of??
The app won't close after I finished my run. It appears to be frozen adding more to my pace and time.....help!
I love this running app. In the ladies few days, I am unable to see my distance while running. I can see time, but I want to see my distance as I run

Nike run club app won't let me log out or will it show any activity or show anything on my profile. It looks like a blank account.
when i try and login it comes up with: "We have encountered a problem. Please try again later. Reference Error. 18.67e11602.1653728830.37846d03 "
