How to fix XCARET! app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the XCARET! app on iPhone
Update XCARET! app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall XCARET! iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix XCARET! on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve XCARET! network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

XCARET! Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix XCARET! not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the XCARET! App
1. On android, goto Settings » XCARET! » click [Force Stop]

Update XCARET! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear XCARET! App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » XCARET! » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart XCARET!.

Fix XCARET! unable to contact server/ XCARET! internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click XCARET! » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto XCARET! » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch XCARET!
