I went on January 3rd to Xplor park. Purchase a picture package that they offer by showing you really good quality videos. They said it would be available the next day and only some pictures were NOT the “360” videos. It took them until January 11 to respond back to me sending links that didn't show the videos still. When I finally got my video I am so surprised to see the BAD quality of the video. In the videos the image is repeated on both sides. That is not "360".
And at the bottom it's all distorted. My face, arms, everything. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Show something and not sell it. I repeat again, This video is not like the one shown as an example and I would like my money back. We are not at all happy with the product. Apart from the problems that we have already had from the beginning, not being able to access the videos and having to wait 8 days after our visit to get a response from you. I have now requested a refund over email and have been ignored .

A company that’s been around so long I has a scary poor app. You can’t enter information bc app doesn’t “save”. The discounts that’s offered don’t come up when attempting to purchase. You would expect a company that can rake in $100+ a person could afford an app that actually works! Can’t wait to delete this app. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I would NOT even recommend to my enemy … It’s that bad!

They don’t reserve scooters for those in need of one. We we’re supposed to stay until the night show, but due to medical issues had to call a taxi to drive us 1 hour 25 minutes away back to the hotel. A lot of money and time wasted
