PAI not syncing between watch and app for 1 week now. Not synced random data sometimes sleep, sometimes training, sometimes heart rate No age prediction ...

My Fitness age amd age prediction has disappeared.... It was motivating and I don't know if its a glitch or is it a way to make us subscribe? Please add it back, or I'll be going elsewhere

My Zepp App no longer displays fitness age. There was an update recently and now that feature has disappeared.

All fine for last 11 months with my Zepp app installed on my phone, and my Amazfit T rex 2. I am a professional athlete and instructor. App has stopped telling me when I sit to long. I also lost two days were it did not record any of my steps, sleeping and more.

The notification is immediately deleted from the watch. I can't read the message again after an hour, for example. I do not like it. With the Notify application, I can view messages several days back. Do something about it.

Absolutely rubbish app. Works when it feels like. I can't even get the reset password link to work on my android nor windows device. Good watch (GTR4) spoiled by an absolutely horrible app experience.

I select the button to allow Zepp to access Apple Health but Zepp never shows up as a source in the Apple Health app so I can't sync between the two.

Hi, since the latest app update. I have lost one day of exercise records and one nights sleep data. Both were visible an accurate on the day and appeared the next day, but since then they have disappeared. The lost data is not on the same day exercise data disappeared first then a few days later the sleep data disappeared

Since changing to this app ( formerly Mifit ) I have not had one mapped walk. It says there is no GPS data even though I make sure it has strong GPS signal when i begin and it is majorly out in the recording of the distance. Absolutely no reply to the many times I have reported the issues - no tech support :(

This new app is terrible! Its already super hard to see your streak and then its also constantly wrong! Jumped from 230 days to 390 days in a week and also keeps saying my current streak is 1-2 days even though its own data (week and month) show ive hit my goal every single day. Tried emailing. No reply. At this point Im pretty over Xiaomi

This app has been down for days. I can't get a return email and the watch will not pair with the app. It would be nice if someone would help you with this app. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone the support service is terrible. I have emailed a couple of times asking when it will be fixed and have HEARD NOTHING.

The App hasn't let me pair my phone with the app for a few days now. Frustrating to have a watch that the app that you need to use is not working nor can you reach anyone for troubleshooting. I am very unhappy with this and would not recommend this to anyone.

I finally got Alexa to connect to my Amazfit. BituPro- but now every time I try to use Alexa I get a "Network busy try later" message. Alexa connectivity is one of the reasons I chose this watch

I have two amazfit watches, I have the T-Rex and the T-Rex 2. I tried to log into my account on my work cell phone so that i can use my T-Rex watch on this phone, and use my T-Rex 2 on my personal cell phone. When i tried to log into my account on the zepp app, it gives me an error message saying wrong password. I reset my password, but i got the same error message again. Can you please assist me? I am a male. I set my profile up properly within the Zepp app, selecting “male” as gender. Each time I go to my profile, it has been reset back to female. It doesn’t matter how many times I change it to male, it resets as female. Please fix this issue.

I repeatedly get a "Systems Update" message that I think may be a trojan/virus. It says: "1.0.4.29 What's new: Bug fix to upgrade system stability. Please keep device screen on during the upgrade." I read a few months ago that a trojan/virus was getting into apps using a similar message. The above message has appeared for months, even though I have consistently loaded all updates. Is 1.0.4.29 a legitimate update? My Amazfit Bip U Pro watch is now frozen, saying that an update did not take and I must update the app. It won't recognize the app, however, even when I sync it.

For about a month now the app (or the band) would restart my step count, though the app would store the full step count. The front screen display would be wrong. Today, it restarted my step count after a morning workout where it had worked perfectly, and this time it did not keep the count. Everything started from scratch. It also deleted my sleep data. It was there before the reset.

Whenever I try to add account for alexa, login to amzon page hangs forever and not able to login to alexa. Tried on diff phones, still not luck. i am using poco f1 phone.

Today when I went to open the app on my phone, it got hung up and then shut down. I have tried restarting the app, my phone and my band 5 watch. All to no avail. It is running the latest version of the app and I have a Iphone 11 - also no new updates installed on my phone. It had been working great up until it refused to work this am.

App will not let me choose from “use health data” or “don’t use health data” … buttons won’t press. Even if I go into the Apple Settings menu and enable all health settings for the app it still sticks at the “choose health data” screen.

My Zepp app freezes every time I try to load it. Even after I delete it and reinstall it. I’ve forgot this device in Bluetooth. I’ve factory reset the watch. Deleted the app like 7 times and deleted cache history from explorer. Nothing is working. The watch was still receiving notifications before I did the factory reset. The watch isn’t much use without the app. Can y’all give me instructions on how to fix this? Thank you.

IOS 15,4 for more than a month without issues until this morning. The Zepp app now hangs at the first screen with the arrows and then goes back to the main IOS screen but the app is still running in the background. Selecting the app from the background apps brings yp the arrows screen and then does the same thing. I have rebooted the iPhone to now avail.

Zepp app stopped working on my iPhone 13 today (March 14th, 2022). It was working in the morning, it does not open or crashes when trying to open it in the afternoon. I have updated the phone, deleted the app, installed it again. Nothing works.

The app suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 11pro max. I have tried toggling the Zepp settings and have rebooted several times. I also tried re-installing the app. It still does not work. It won’t get passed the allow Zepp app to sync my steps page. The buttons to accept or decline do not work. It’s frozen on that screen. Please help.

Zepp app locks up today. Running IOS 15.3.1 and had no previous problems. App stops at “Allow Zepp to Access Health”. “Don’t Allow & OK” buttons don’t function. Power cycled IPhone – no change in app’s behavior. Uninstalled & reinstalled Zepp - no change in app’s behavior. IPhone detects Amazfit Band 5 Bluetooth.

The zepp app freezes and is unusable! You support website is useless requiring a zepp ID from the App. If your having problems with the app how the hell do you get a zepp id!
