I went on January 3rd to Xplor park. Purchase a picture package that they offer by showing you really good quality videos. They said it would be available the next day and only some pictures were NOT the “360” videos. It took them until January 11 to respond back to me sending links that didn't show the videos still. When I finally got my video I am so surprised to see the BAD quality of the video. In the videos the image is repeated on both sides. That is not "360".
And at the bottom it's all distorted. My face, arms, everything. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Show something and not sell it. I repeat again, This video is not like the one shown as an example and I would like my money back. We are not at all happy with the product. Apart from the problems that we have already had from the beginning, not being able to access the videos and having to wait 8 days after our visit to get a response from you. I have now requested a refund over email and have been ignored .

In my 38 years of being alive and visiting world renown theme parks l have never received the most incredible customer service like I did at these parks. The staff is amazing very polite, very energetic, they definitely make the experience worth everything .just flawless...also I have never been to a park that is built in a natural habit . I cannot say enough good things about the staff the food the attractions.. if you go you will not be disappointed.

Found XCARET very useful in planning our Xcarat trip. Great for prioritizing our activities. Kind of wish prices were provided on experiences with additional costs.

We went to Xplor today. Beforehand we looked closely at the experiences seeing from the description they were a little more adventuresome.

There was NO MENTION of height restrictions within Xplor however when we arrived we were told our 5 year old wouldn’t be able to participate in anything. After complaining a bit and mentioned how XCARET misguided us the check in lady said maybe there was a few things she could participate in. My husband and I switched off the activites we wanted to do and then went on the River Cave Raft as a family.

UNDER RESTRICTIONS FOR XPLOR NEEDS TO BE UPDATES WITH HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Especially where for examples it says Ambivious Vehicle: 2 adults & 2 kids. Thanks.

Can’t find one thing negative. They really did a great job and therefore deserve their 5 diamond rating without question.

Great facility, together with the this app parks it’s a grand slam home run!!!

The show was espectacular, fantastic… it was a truly manifestation of art, culture and real Mexico. Nevertheless, some Cuban people, that enjoyed the show were disappointed because we didn’t see our flag at the end of the show. Cuba and Mexico have a lot of history in common, we have been very tied to Mexico through the history. That was so disappointed.

Another thing. Stop been so ridiculous to force artists to were a facial mask… that’s too much. We couldn’t appreciate their faces. COVID is more than a simple mask.

The park is nice but not renovated, I visited this park 10 years ago and everything still the same no new attractions, the underground river used to have beautiful colorful fishes and now is just a dark river with 0 fish at all. The river ride on the wooden boat is so boring that to get there seems to be a waste of time. The idea is beautiful but if is over exploited this place will be a memory of the past pretty soon.

A company that’s been around so long I has a scary poor app. You can’t enter information bc app doesn’t “save”. The discounts that’s offered don’t come up when attempting to purchase. You would expect a company that can rake in $100+ a person could afford an app that actually works! Can’t wait to delete XCARET. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I would NOT even recommend to my enemy … It’s that bad!

XCARET is necessary for planning ahead.
Learning as much as possible prior to one day visit there. Want to optimize time and fun.

We came to this app for the very first time - we loved it...lots to do..rivers are a must..very cold refreshing water..my husband lost his glasses and Vicente helped find them.

They don’t reserve scooters for those in need of one. We we’re supposed to stay until the night show, but due to medical issues had to call a taxi to drive us 1 hour 25 minutes away back to the hotel. A lot of money and time wasted

Just wanted a map of the park. You would think that XCARET would include one but nope. No map. It's just a promotion.

As an aside, you can't post a review without adding a nickname. Of course every name you can think of has already been taken. Not a good experience.

Purchased a picture package, only half are there, sent multiple emails, same response, which is , try again. Been 4 days, still missing two days worth of pictures!

Beautiful in every way , culture, gastronomy and adventurous. Loved it!

Amazing experience! Had the time of my life.

My son’s iPhone fell out of his bag on the bus. We called the phone and the driver answered but the phone was never returned after three days. This poor experience speaks volumes of this app’s values of the company and its employees.

My trip is tomorrow, but I am not able to make XCARET work. It is stuck in the loading screen.

The best place ever to go for vacation...
VIVA MÉXICO ....

We need add the tickets to XCARET that way we don’t have to print the thickets

Todos los parques de this app son padrísimos pero si tengo que recomendar uno en especial es este this app. Súper grande hermoso mucha variedad de actividades su gente es súper amable . Ojo: No lo terminas de recorrer en un día . Ay mucho que hacer y por favor no se pierdan Mexico Espectacular. Yo me lo perdí la primera vez y no saben como me arrepiento . Es un súper espectáculo. En verdad vale cada peso que pagas . I LOVE this app!
