When booking, I entered complete international travel information for four travelers, including DOB, passport, and TSA information. When checking the app five days prior to departure for any updates, we noticed that our middle names, passport info, and TSA info had disappeared, and that all our dates of birth were changed by one day. We attempted to update and correct the changed information, but the app did not correct the missing and incorrect information. So we called Swiss to report the problem, and they took the correct information from us over the phone, however, the app (and the Swiss website) still has the incorrect (and missing) information.
App and website will not let me enter passport details
Manage my booking is continuing to scroll and asking me not to refresh the page..its been an hour. Please advise.
I have downloaded the app to my iPhone 6s and every time I open it- it crashes
