How to fix Flighty app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Flighty app on iPhone
Update Flighty app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Flighty iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Flighty on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Flighty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Flighty Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Flighty not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Flighty App
1. On android, goto Settings » Flighty » click [Force Stop]

Update Flighty to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Flighty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Flighty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Flighty.

Fix Flighty unable to contact server/ Flighty internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Flighty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Flighty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
