I have booked a holiday with tui to stay at a riu hotel but have been unable to add my booking to the app
Unable to claim points from my last holiday keep getting an error message - an error has occurred.
Cannot access riu class just will not load nor can I claim points from my last booking as all I get is an error occurred

I cannot log on to the app it says e mail or password is incorrect but I haven’t changed either of them. I even tried clicking I have forgotten the password it says you send a link to reset but received nothing .
I have several clients trying to check in with the RIU app and it says "only for checkins prior to 2/3/2023". So does this mean that the app is no longer available for check in or what do we do??

Cant allocate my booking into app
My account will not let me put my holiday date in to register my holiday
Trying to allocate a booking to my account but it will not allow me to enter the departure date.
I have been trying to book on the website for 2 days but it is not working. It keep saying try again later.
I open app, choose hotel then survey comes up and freezes. I uninstall reinstall and does it all over again. Can't get into menu of hotel
There was a mistake by your booking. Please try it again later. I have tried it for the last couple of days but still get the same message. It looks like the last update of version (11/04/2022) is not very well tested.
